Rhys Daunic, Co-Founder, Director of Media Education, The Media Spot, LLC
Rhys has been promoting media literacy through multimedia production since 1999. He has developed and implemented TMS productions in various learning environments in Atlanta, GA, Gainesville, FL, and New York. He contracted with Teaching Matters, Inc. from 2004 to 2006 as an educational consultant helping teachers integrate video production into public school curricula throughout New York City. Rhys has developed the TMS pedagogy through his experience in the field and research while earning a Masters degree in Media Studies from The New School University. He also produces videos and designs websites for Dtek Digital Media, and consults in NYC schools through AUSSIE, Partners in Professional Development.
