Reporting Classroom Computer Problems

All computer related problems need to be posted on the blog.  Ms. Pascarella will check the blog weekly for problems.  She will then forward problems to its appropriate problem solver.  Everyone need to comply with this uiformed format in order for them to get their computers serviced.

Information needed for problems to be processed are:

Asset ID #’s and Serial #’s, which can be found on every technology product in the building.  This info is found on the silver sticker that is on all computers, laptops, monitors, and printers.

Problems need to be specific on what is wrong with the technology, i.e.:

received the following error message; printer is not responding; Network canot be found, etc.

Without all of this information, problems cannot be resolved.
