Support the Re-siting and Co-location Proposal

We urge our PS 130 community to attend the joint public hearing being held at our school on Wednesday, November 19th at 6:00PM.  Help show our support for the “re-siting” and “co-location” proposal which will alleviate the overcrowding in our school.

The hearing will allow our community to present comments or concerns regarding the proposal to re-site and co-locate a portion of PS 130 to the new building K437 (on Caton Ave.)  (Previously also referred to as split-siting.)

Re-siting“: Sutdents will attend classes in a different building than in previous years.

Co-location“: Two or more school organizations are located in the same building and may share common spaces like the auditorium, gymnasium, and cafeteria.

You can sign up to make public comments beginning at 5:30 PM.  Sign up for public comment will close 15 minutes following the start of the hearing.
