Video: Activating students’ brains with GoNoodle!

Mariasara and Ms. Doyle recorded a demonstration of exercises to help kids calm down and refocus during transitions in the classroom. Then the students recorded a model run-through to teach other teachers in the school how to use this resource.  2 students then watched the rough draft of the video to add information to make everything simple and clear!

This second video explains some of the research that supports links between brain growth and exercise.

  1. This is so awesome! I love the research and also the modeling of how to use GoNoodle as an energizer and then refocusing with deep breathing. Keep up the great work!
