FAMILY INCOME INQUIRY FORM
We ask that all families complete the Family Income Inquiry form which determines funding each school year. In order to maximize the amount of funding the school receives, all families regardless of income status are highly encouraged to complete this form at www.myschoolapps.com as this would be the quickest way to process your information. Should you need to complete the form in another language, click on the “Language” icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page. You will ONLY need to submit one form for all children in your household.
By completing this form, you play an important role in securing the funds our community is entitled to, so we can continue offering the amazing school experience your children deserve.

NOTICE: Our completion rate is under 20% right now. If you haven’t completed this online by the end of the day on Friday, November 14th, you will receive a hard copy of the inquiry form on Monday, November 17th in your child’s red folder. Please complete that form and return it in your child’s red folder OR – the easiest and quickest way – complete the form at www.myschoolapps.com.
